Important Rental Information
The displayed price is the base rental price for one confirmed event and includes custom printed graphics and standard round-trip shipping. A prepaid return shipping label will be included with the rental shipment.
The customer is responsible for repacking all rental components in their original protective packaging and tendering the return shipment to the designated carrier by the confirmed return date. The prepaid return label does not automatically schedule a carrier pickup.
Installation, dismantling, venue handling, furniture, electrical service, internet, drayage, and other show services are not included unless specifically stated. Additional charges resulting from expedited shipping, address changes, redelivery, special delivery requirements, lost return labels, additional packages, improper packing, or delayed returns are not included.
Rental availability is based on the event location, show dates, move-in schedule, and required services. Nover Display will review the submitted event information before confirming the rental.
