Shipping Policy

At Nover Display, we work to process, produce, and ship your display products as efficiently as possible. Nover Display is operated by MO DISPLAY TECH INC. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Where do your products ship from?

Most of our products are shipped directly from our facility in Anaheim, California, where we stock display frames, hardware, and related materials.

For products that include custom printed graphics, your artwork will be printed using our in-house production equipment and shipped together with your display frame whenever possible.

Please note: Custom printed graphics require approved artwork before production can begin.

Where do you ship?

Our shipping rates and services currently apply only to the continental United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, overseas shipping, or shipping to locations outside the continental U.S.

  • Shipping is available within the continental United States only.
  • International and overseas shipping is not available at this time.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed within 2 business days of the scheduled shipment date.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided near the top of each product page under the availability or lead time information.

Most standard display products may ship within 3–5 business days after all required order details and artwork approvals are received. Larger display systems, trade show booths, or products requiring additional production time may ship within 7–10 business days, depending on the product and order requirements.

After an order leaves our facility, standard transit time within the continental United States is generally 2–5 business days. Estimated total delivery time is typically 5–12 business days after all required order details, artwork files, and approvals have been received.

If your artwork design is not ready, if files require adjustment, or if there is a delay in receiving your approval for a display proof, the estimated lead time may be extended.

To help avoid delays, please upload print-ready artwork and review any proof requests as soon as possible.

Production and Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate. Production time begins after all required artwork, order details, and approvals have been received. Shipping time begins once the completed order leaves our facility.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Changes and Address Changes

Please review your order details carefully before submitting your order. Because many of our products are custom printed or prepared for production quickly, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Shipping address changes must be requested as early as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed within 2 business days of the scheduled shipment date.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order. Some products may qualify for free standard shipping when indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Any shipping promotions, free shipping offers, or shipping limitations are subject to the terms shown on the applicable product page or checkout page.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage so we can review the issue.

Nover Display and MO DISPLAY TECH INC are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
