Return / Refund Policy

At Nover Display, we want you to feel confident when ordering display products and custom graphics. Nover Display is operated by MO DISPLAY TECH INC. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy before placing your order.

Do you offer returns?

If a product does not meet your expectations and was delivered within the past 30 days, you may request to return the product for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Eligible products may be returned for a refund according to this policy.

Any applicable shipping charges, service charges, or graphic design fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed after the returned product arrives at our return facility.

Returned products must be in acceptable condition and include all applicable parts, hardware, accessories, and packaging when possible.

Items not eligible for return

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of the product, order type, or customization involved.

  • Clearance items
  • Discontinued products
  • Bulk orders
  • Custom orders
  • Graphic-only orders
  • Products with approved custom printed graphics
  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing parts
Custom printed graphics are produced specifically for your order and generally cannot be returned once production has started or the artwork proof has been approved.

How do I cancel an order?

Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed. Because many orders enter our production process quickly, cancellation must typically be requested within minutes of placing the order.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to review your request, but we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled once production, printing, packing, or shipment preparation has started.

If your order includes custom printed graphics, cancellation may not be possible once artwork has been approved or production has begun.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after arrival at our return facility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage so we can review the issue and provide the best solution.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items should be submitted promptly after delivery.

Return authorization

Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns may require prior authorization and return instructions from Nover Display. Products returned without prior communication may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Return shipping should be arranged using a trackable shipping method. Nover Display and MO DISPLAY TECH INC are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
