Rental Terms and Conditions

01 Agreement and Rental Confirmation

These Rental Terms and Conditions are entered into between MO DISPLAY TECH INC., the company operating the Nover Display online store and brand (“Nover Display,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual, company, or organization placing the rental order (“Customer”).

These terms apply to all rental products, equipment, components, cases, accessories, graphics, and related services provided through Nover Display.

Submitting an online order and paying the base rental price does not guarantee equipment availability. A rental is confirmed only after Nover Display reviews the event location, event dates, move-in schedule, equipment availability, artwork requirements, and requested services.

Nover Display may require the Customer to electronically sign an order-specific Rental Agreement before production or shipment. If the selected equipment is unavailable for the submitted event dates, Nover Display will notify the Customer and refund the base rental payment.

The person placing the order or signing the Rental Agreement represents that they are authorized to act for the individual, company, or organization identified in the order.

02 Rental Period

The rental period and required return date will be stated in the written rental confirmation or order-specific Rental Agreement. The rental period begins when the equipment is delivered by the outbound carrier and ends when the properly repacked equipment is accepted and scanned by the approved return carrier.

The Customer must notify Nover Display immediately if the event dates, venue, move-in schedule, or return schedule changes. Extensions are subject to equipment availability and may require additional rental charges.

03 Base Rental Price

Included

• Rental display hardware listed on the product page
• Custom printed graphics specified on the product page
• Standard protective packing and carrying cases
• Standard outbound shipping to the confirmed delivery location
• Standard return shipping using the supplied prepaid return label
• Pre-event product and artwork coordination
• Product-specific setup instructions

Not Included

• Professional installation and dismantling
• Venue drayage and material handling
• Electrical service, internet, and organizer charges
• Flooring, furniture, audiovisual equipment, and labor
• Expedited shipping, address changes, redelivery, special delivery appointments, and nonstandard carrier services
• Charges caused by a lost or unused return label, improper packing, additional packages, incorrect dimensions, or delayed return
• Rush production and special scheduling requirements

Any service or item not expressly identified as included will be quoted and invoiced separately.

04 Shipping, Delivery, and Return

The base rental price includes standard outbound shipping to the confirmed delivery address and standard return shipping using the prepaid return shipping label supplied by Nover Display.

The Customer must retain and use the supplied prepaid return shipping label, repack all rental equipment in the original protective packaging, and tender the return shipment to the designated carrier no later than the confirmed return date.

The Customer is responsible for arranging any required carrier pickup or delivering the packaged shipment to an authorized carrier location. Providing a prepaid return label does not automatically schedule a carrier pickup.

All equipment must be repacked in its original protective packaging and carrying cases. The Customer is responsible for damage resulting from improper packing, missing packaging, or use of an unauthorized return method.

Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, address change, inaccessible location, redelivery, storage, missed appointment, lost or unused return label, improper packing, additional packages, incorrect dimensions, expedited service, venue restriction, or failure to follow the supplied return instructions are the Customer’s responsibility.

The rental equipment remains in the Customer’s possession and responsibility until the return shipment has been accepted and scanned by the designated carrier. Late-return charges may apply if the equipment is not tendered to the carrier by the confirmed return date.

05 Equipment Use and Care

All rental equipment remains the property of MO DISPLAY TECH INC. The Customer may use the equipment only for the confirmed event and may not sell, transfer, sublease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the equipment.

The Customer must use the equipment in accordance with the provided setup instructions and protect it from weather, water, excessive heat, impact, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access.

The Customer may not cut, drill, paint, permanently attach materials, apply unapproved adhesives, or otherwise modify the equipment without written approval from Nover Display.

The Customer must immediately report any loss, theft, malfunction, or damage and must stop using equipment that appears unsafe.

06 Damage, Missing Parts, Loss, and Theft

The Customer is responsible for loss, theft, missing components, and damage occurring during the rental period, excluding ordinary wear resulting from proper use.

Charges will be based on the reasonable documented cost of repair or the replacement value of the affected equipment or component. Nover Display may provide an itemized statement, photographs, and supporting documentation when applicable.

If equipment cannot reasonably be repaired, the Customer is responsible for its applicable replacement value. The Customer may also be responsible for reasonable costs directly resulting from the loss or damage, including inspection, replacement, shipping, and expedited procurement costs.

Damage resulting from improper assembly, improper dismantling, unauthorized modifications, misuse, inadequate supervision, venue handling, or improper return packing is not considered ordinary wear.

07 Security Deposit

Nover Display may require a refundable security deposit before shipment. The amount and payment deadline will be disclosed in the order confirmation or order-specific Rental Agreement.

Equipment will not be released for shipment until any required security deposit and separately invoiced charges have been paid.

After the equipment is returned, Nover Display will inspect the rental components and normally process the refundable balance within five business days. Documented charges for missing items, damage, cleaning, late return, additional carrier charges, or other amounts due may be deducted from the deposit.

The security deposit does not limit the Customer’s responsibility for amounts exceeding the deposit. Additional amounts will be invoiced separately.

08 Late Return

Equipment must be transferred to the approved return carrier by the deadline stated in the return instructions. The Customer must notify Nover Display immediately if a delay occurs.

The Customer may be responsible for additional rental charges, replacement rental costs, expedited shipping, or other reasonable documented losses directly caused by a late return.

09 Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Applicable refunds, credits, or cancellation charges depend on the timing of the request and the production, shipping, and third-party costs already incurred.

Custom graphics, rush production charges, completed labor, nonrefundable venue costs, carrier charges, and other committed third-party expenses may become nonrefundable after they have been incurred.

Changes to the booth design, event location, delivery address, event dates, artwork, or requested services may require a revised quote and written confirmation.

10 Installation and Venue Services

Installation, dismantling, drayage, material handling, electrical service, internet, labor, storage, furniture, audiovisual equipment, and organizer fees are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing and complying with all venue, show organizer, union, fire, safety, insurance, and move-in requirements.

When Nover Display coordinates optional services, those services may be subject to additional provider or venue terms and charges.

11 Artwork and Custom Graphics

The Customer is responsible for submitting production-ready artwork by the stated deadline and for reviewing and approving any proofs supplied by Nover Display.

The Customer represents that it owns or has permission to use all submitted trademarks, logos, images, text, and other content. The Customer grants Nover Display a limited right to reproduce that content solely for fulfilling the rental order.

Production schedules may change if artwork is submitted late, incomplete, incorrectly formatted, or requires additional revisions.

12 Delays and Limitation of Responsibility

Nover Display is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, venues, show organizers, labor disruptions, severe weather, government action, power failures, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Customer is responsible for allowing sufficient time for delivery, venue receiving, setup, inspection, and correction of any reported issue.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MO DISPLAY TECH INC. and Nover Display will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or interruption of an event.

13 Electronic Agreement

By selecting the Rental Terms checkbox, placing a rental order, or electronically signing an order-specific Rental Agreement, the Customer confirms that it has reviewed and agrees to the applicable rental terms.

Electronic records, acknowledgments, and signatures may be used in connection with the rental transaction. The Customer should retain a copy of these terms and any signed Rental Agreement for its records.

14 Governing Law and Contact

These terms and any related rental transaction are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If an order-specific Rental Agreement conflicts with these general terms, the order-specific Rental Agreement will control for that rental.
