Important Rental Information
What the Rental Price Includes: The displayed price is the base rental price for one confirmed event and includes the rental components listed on this product page, custom printed graphics, standard outbound shipping, and standard return shipping. A prepaid return shipping label will be included with the rental shipment.
Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,500.00 USD is required at checkout and is charged in addition to the displayed rental price. The deposit will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned rental components have been inspected, provided they are returned on time, complete, properly packed, and undamaged. Deductions may apply under the Rental Terms and Conditions.
Return Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for repacking all rental components in their original protective packaging, applying the provided return shipping label, and tendering the shipment to the designated carrier by the confirmed return date. The prepaid return shipping label does not automatically schedule a carrier pickup.
Services Not Included: These portable displays are designed for customer self-setup. Professional installation and dismantling, venue handling, flooring, furniture, audiovisual equipment, electrical service, internet, drayage, organizer charges, and other show services are not included unless specifically stated.
Potential Additional Charges: Charges resulting from expedited shipping, address changes, redelivery, special delivery or pickup requirements, lost or unused return labels, additional packages, improper packing, incomplete returns, damage, late carrier tender, or delayed returns are not included in the displayed rental price.
Availability Confirmation: Rental availability is based on the event location, show dates, move-in schedule, return schedule, and product requirements. Nover Display will review the submitted event information before confirming the rental.
